4. Prices & Payment

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers (Stripe, PayPal).
Access is granted after successful payment.

5. Digital Products & Access

Digital content is delivered immediately after purchase.
By accessing the course or downloading materials, you confirm that the withdrawal right for digital products expires.

6. User License & Copyright

You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to access purchased materials.

You may not:

Share login data
Reproduce, sell, or distribute content
Upload course materials elsewhere
Use materials for commercial purposes

Violations lead to account termination without refund.

3. Refund Policy

I aim to provide high-quality content and a positive learning experience.

1. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not available once the course has been accessed or materials downloaded.

Under EU law, your withdrawal right expires once:

You receive immediate access to digital content, and
You explicitly agreed to this at the time of purchase.

Thinkific grants instant access, therefore refunds for accessed courses are excluded.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may be granted if:

You purchased the product twice by mistake or
you experienced a technical issue preventing access
(and support could not resolve it)
