Meet the Instructor
Hi! My name is Johanna and I’m a certified nutrition coach from Austria, specializing in plant-based and whole-food nutrition. My fascination with the power of food began years ago when I discovered how deeply nutrition affects health. Since then, I’ve immersed myself in books, courses, and practical experience — eventually transitioning to a plant-based way of eating about seven years ago. Over time, I felt a strong desire to turn this passion into a career. I trained as a certified nutrition coach and continued my education through numerous courses in nutrition, with a special focus on whole foods and plant-based nutrition. Becoming a mother around the same time gave me a whole new perspective on healthy eating — balancing time, family needs, and a child’s nutrition. Today, I combine my professional knowledge and personal experience to help others integrate wholesome, plant-based eating into everyday life. My approach is calm, science-based, and focused on small changes that actually last.
